Reporting an Absence

  • Email  (the office & nurse will both see these emails)

  • Please list any specific symptoms, as well as positive for COVID cases.

  • Teachers may have a preferred way for you to report an absence to them.

  • If we do not hear why a student is absent, an automated phone call and an email message will be sent out at some point between 8:30-9:00am. This is for safety reasons.

  • Students need to be in the classrooms by 7:45 a.m.

  • After so many tardies, unexcused or excessive absences, attendance letters will be mailed out.
